Until March 2019, he was Director Sales Central Europe for Wikia Germany (FANDOM) for the marketing of the world's largest entertainment platform in Europe. In this function he was responsible for the direct customer and agency business for various industries (gaming, entertainment, IT, automotive, finance, telecommunications, etc.) and managed an international project team. Gunnar has many years of experience in the media industry, where he held various management positions in the fields of development, product management, marketing and sales on a national and international level as a business IT specialist. As an expert in cross-media concept marketing and the establishment and expansion of new sales organizations, he moved from Computec Media Group to FANDOM, where he was previously responsible for the overall marketing of print, online, digital, social media, eCommerce and all commercial cooperations.

Gunnar lives with his family in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf.
